Do I need experience? No previous experience is required. Bishop Care Center is providing paid, on-the-job CNA training. Being a CNA is a great stepping stone into the healthcare industry, helping prepare you for a career in nursing or healthcare management work in many ways.
What does a CNA do? CNAs play a critical role in their patient’s lives by assisting them with activities of daily living, regularly checking vital signs, and more.
Am I qualified? Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must pass a pre-employment screening including a drug and background check.
When does it start? Classes begin on September 6th, 2021
How long is the training? 6-7 weeks
Am I guaranteed a job after the training is complete? Yes, you are guaranteed a job after successful completion of the program and becoming certified within 4 months of hire.
How much does it pay? Pay starts at $15 per hour during training and with a raise after certification is complete.
